Compared to what the Badger looks like inside, the Ratel was Spartan.

Nigeria won't be buying Chinese drones for sometime. They rush products to market too fast, don't perfect prototypes enough and don't work out reliability issues rigorously.

I would rather partner with Ukraine, Israel or UAE companies who can give us share of the work or establish a co-development center for UAVs

pls remove Ukraine and Uae the don't have d capacity.
Israel will b limited by US.
China is the best choice for the main time.

Very civilised.
Ratel turrets were mostly smoke and swear words.
And if you forgot to open the ejection port , you'd get hot 20mm empties flying everywhere.
Screens are nice , but don't underestimate the value of big vision ports.

The Nigerian Airforce says it has acquired two Mi-35M attack helicopters from Russia to fight terrorists and criminal gangs.
The Mi-35M is a rugged helicopter that offers round the clock combat use of guided and unguided weapons in regular and challenging climate conditions which is equipped with the latest navigation suite, target sights system, laser range finder and location finder.

“The aircraft have already been delivered awaiting official induction after which they will be launched for operations,” the Chief of Air Staff, Sadique Abubakar, said at a media briefing in Abuja on Friday.

Welcome to Nigeria bro, where the military purchase urgent and required equipments like beggars, countries order 40 units and they are delivered in a reasonable time frame,but our minimal unit is for ever! .....As for the funds it's their softwork

We were expecting 4 in December 2016 but I don't know why we got just 2. The rest will be delivered in batches till 2018.
