Video: A Nigerian Policeman Trying To Extort An Innocent Citizen Caught On Camera.

The Nigerian Police Force has become a money making venture. This is real sad I must confess, in this amateur video we got from an undisclosed source on a social messenger platform, it is very clear to understand
that the police officer is trying to ‘illegally extort’ this innocent citizen who catches the whole scene on tape.I must say that this particular victim is a very courageous one, as he, unknowingly to the policeman, records on tape as the officer threatens to arrest him if he refuses to drop ‘something’. With no luck of collecting a dime from the victim, he puts a call through to a superior officer, to come over and make the arrest. I keep asking myself, but why?
