I applied at holborn college in UK. The have sent me offer and I want to pay 80% fees to collect my CAS. I just recieved my toefl last week which I scored 71 and d skul require 80 but with much talk and convince they said I should go ahead with my payment that they will accept it. Am paying my school fee today. What and what will I have to be preparing before my CAS is issued and embassy too.... Really need an advice here.
