Hello, here are the steps to making a sucessful editing of your scanned document for the NNPC application.

1)right click on the scanned document
2)Select Open With- Paint
3)When the the picture opens, Click IMAGE Menu
4)Click Stretch/Skew
5)In the Horizontal and Vertical text boxes (which is 100, 100 by default), Put 50, 50 (may be) or lesser values)
6) Click OK
7)Save the normal way

a)Click File
b)Click Save As
c)In the Save as Type option, Select JPEG or JPG to reduce the size of the scanned document
d)Click save
