it is not possible to do that. you can only remove the ijaw into bayelsa state because the satellite picture shows ijaw in bayelsa state are not many. so you are better off putting the ijaw in river state into bayelsa state. even when you do this. river state is still more populated. few people live in bayelsa state. you are only removing about 2 or 3 local govt. which are less populated. bayelsa state govt can handle it. you are going to have less trouble. |
