When I called the 070 number, a Nigerian accented guy answered it. I knew that the 070 numbers are usually Nigeria 419 numbers.

Then in that same vein, why do we bother to arrest petty murderers and cultists in Nigeria? Afterall, it can be argued that since the murderers of Bola Ige and Dele Giwa are free, why should we jail the guy that merely killed his fellow tenant over a petty squabble?
