When Will Glo Mobile Ever Complete Their System Upgrade
Hi Glo subscribers, how do you always feel whenever you call Glo customer care on 121 and 171, and you are told, 'we are unable to access your line as a result of system upgrade by our engineers'? Are the engineers on Glo so busy that, day-in day-out, week-in week-out, month-in month-out and yet, their customer care representatives can never access subscribers numbers in order to resolve challenges iand issues faced? Are they (Glo) the only service providers carrying out system maintenance? Na wa for them oooooo.
Now, trying to reach Glo customer care through their various channels (online chat on their website, Twitter, Google+ and Facebook)is always the same thing. Your line cannot be accessed at the moment bla bla bla. Why are they this irresponsible and very dull towards assisting their customers to resolving challenges faced?
How will you rate Glo customer care service both on their voice and online channels?
As for me, I give them -5. My humble submission because, they have never satisfied me anytime I call them.

I think Glo should better scrap their customer care unit. Whether you call in the morning, afternoon, evening or night, it is the same 'our engineers bla bla bla.
