The underlying thing about weight gain is your genetic composition.However,the difference between energy intake and energy expended determines weight gain.Wate on emulsion will enhance your body's energy uptake but will not in itself determine how much weight you put on. |

No I'm not saying that.It enhances weight gain but you have to eat more and burn less energy if you are going to see results. |

Yes i have.It increases your appetite and also enhances food absorption. I did gain some weight when i used it.However like I explained above,the effectiveness is based on what types and quantity of food you take while using it. Your genetic constitution also determines how much weight you'll gain. |
