Learning Officer

REPORTING TO
The Group Head; Human Resources

JOB SUMMARY
The candidate shall be responsible for:

•   Facilitating trainings for staff
•   Managing the resource center
•   Identifying the training needs for all staff.

JOB DURATION: Temporary.

KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

•   A good knowledge of basic computer applications including, word, excel and PowerPoint.
•   Excellent communication skills.
•   An ability to make presentations.

QUALIFICATION

This position is open to candidates who are yet to get admission or are still in school. OND holders and I.T students are also eligible to apply for this position.
