Does A Father Has The Right To Send His Child Out Of The House? by tomietush(m): 10:17am On Aug 14, 2013
in some homes in Nigeria, whenever there is a fight between the father and a child, the father will demand immidiate evacution of the child.
the question is this: does the father has the right to evict the child frm his home? and what does the law say abouut this?

Yes, he has the right to.
It is his house. kiss
Even if the child is a minor. . . A FOSTER HOME CAN TAKE UP THE RESPONSIBILITIES OR AN ORPHANAGE!
Parents can give up their parental rights if they so choose to!
But it should be done legally. . . HAND THE CHILD OVER TO THE STATE, if he or she is a minor! kiss

OR SEND HIM OR HER PACKING TO THE OTHER PARENT'S HOME. . .if he or she becomes UNRULY and disruptive!
SIMPLE.
