It's not easy to forgive, especially when we're hurt by friends, family members and those that are deemed close. The truth however is that, betrayal comes from acquaintances only. All faith approves forgiveness since there's no perfection in humanity; when we forgive, we do ourself more good because, we earn forgiveness.
Scientists have shown that, unforgiveness does great harm to the physical, emotional and mental part of a human being. Why not love yourself!

Our duty is to LOVE people always without expecting to be loved in return so we don't get disappointed.
