1. Seller and buyer sign spa and return with tank farm details. 2. Seller raise N200k as COT incase fail to issue NOR/ETA after gettin a draft frm buyer. 3. Buyer confirm COT and raise a draft of N40m to seller for logistics. 4. Seller confirm draft and issue NOR/ETA to tank farm. 5. Buyer/tank farm confim NOR/ETA and refund COT to seller. 6.
