I think it might be worth looking at successful bread production businesses for a start, and analyse where they are getting it right. The first thing that comes to mind for me is Shoprite bread. What is it such an attractive product? Is it te word of mouth? What is it about that bread that makes people prepared to stand in a queue to purchase it - to the extent that they have to restrict purchases to 2 per customer? |
