I bet you... there is no building you see out there that cannot be designed here. Just call for a competition and you will be shocked at creative and buildable entry designs. It may be a synergy between groups of architects or individuals but you will never see them built as clients consider logistics, maintenance and cost and will opt for a simpler building.
Also merit is down played in Nigeria so all your knowledge and ideas remain with you.

My dear,we had very wild ideas while in school but most of us are still hoping to be given an opportunity to display our skills.Just a once in a life time opportunity.Creativity is very broad.

I think simply because we do not have a design or creative process. We just duplicate and build .
