i'll like to know everyone's opinion about the marketing jobs in our banks these days, i'll like to know the bank that doesn't stress their marketers much target wise as well as those that stress a lot, i'm a marketer in one of the banks and i think the target thing is getting crazy so i want to change jobs and would want to know if changing bank will do it or i should opt for operations. thanks for all anticipated replies.
