ABA MEGA MALL Abia State Government and Green-Field Company sign MOU The Aba Mega Mall is conceptualized as a fully sustainable ultra-modern trade and distribution centre. The Mall will consist of 5,830 ultra modern shops and they will come in four sizes of 12sq meters, 16sq meters, 24sq meters and 48sq meters as seen in the brochure. The facility will also have provisions for Banks, Security post, Petrol station, 25,000 sq meters of climate-controlled warehouse space, restaurants and a massive parking space for over 5,000 cars. In executing this project we are introducing cutting edge concrete building technology pioneered by our foreign partners JK Structures UK Ltd. This system entails the use of three dimensional galvanised steel mesh reinforced with galvanised wire beam and alleviated concrete. The JK structures system can deliver top quality mass housing and other civil works in a fraction of the time it takes using conventional building methods. This technology have been tried and tested in various parts of the world. For example, Euro Disney, Paris, the largest Amusement Park in Europe was constructed entirely on this technology. Aba has been a centre of commerce and trade for over 100 years. Today history has placed in the capable hands of Ochendo's administration the challenge of changing the nature and structure of Aba's legacy to a modern commercial city.
