An eight-year-old boy from Louisiana allegedly shot his 87-year-old caregiver in the HEAD with her own gun. The elderly woman reportedly stopped him from playing a violent video game that awards points for killing people just minutes earlier. The 8 year old boy, who has not been identified, was playing Grand Theft Auto IV before shooting his relative Marie Smothers in the back of the head as she watched television in her Louisiana mobile home on Thursday night. Under Louisiana law, the boy won't be charged for shooting Smothers, who was pronounced dead at the scene, because of his age. Read more stories at www.123gist..com
