BREAKING NEWS: Governor Suntai Dissolves State EXCO

The Taraba state governor, Danbaba Suntai has dissolved the state executive council. Also sent packing are all special advisers but not special assistants.

Governor Suntai has also approved the appointment of Mr. Gebon Timothy Kataes as the Secretary to the State Government, while Mallam Aminu Gika is the new Chief of Staff.

All commissioners have been directed to hand over to their respective permanent secretaries while the special advisers are to hand over to the Government House.

Now they will know he is not Insane as they claim.

I think this will strengthen our Democracy. Is not about what we feel, is about constitution.

I remember after Yaradua saga a new law came to play that requires that the deputy governor is immediately sworn in as acting governor 21 days after his absence from office. And the governor is only expected to send a letter to the state house of assembly informing them of his return.

With this Suntai's case, I think a new law needs to be written, that requires the governor to address the assembly upon his return.

The only prove for him being healthy is what the doctors say.

I guess Suntai is still on track.

Nigerians....we always love to 'show' that we are there/present with power,through some clueless actions.
what better way would he had shown that he has indeed arrived?
Most of these our clueless leaders are supposed to be stoned to death...
