Cloneshouse Nigeria requires an ITIL [Information Technology Infrastructure Library] V3 and Service Management Expert for a short term contract based in Abuja and Lagos, Nigeria.

The expert will be required to manage the delivery of the end-to-end training plan including an ITIL Foundation certification exam,ensuring that all preparation activities are completed on-time including stakeholder engagement, room preparation, training materials, training schedules, as well as ensuring appropriate governance is in place to manage, monitor, and report on training delivery. The role will be hands-on, although other subject matter expert resources are available to support and/or deliver in across areas e.g. production of training materials, communications, planning.

It is key that you are an ITIL V3 expert and have vast experience of training, reviewing service desks and processes and have completed various implementations of ITIL V3 processes as well as having been heavily involved in improving service desks directly including staff training, process and technology.

You will also have the following experience

ITIL V3 Expert qualification
Track record of implementing service desks
Implementing ITIL processes
Experience of working across services for an entire organisation as opposed to just IT
