it is not a mistake. for the past 4 days i have not been able to login or even create a new account. if i had known something lyk dis would happen i could av completed and submited mine the very day i created my account.

its not phone/pc problem. its 4rm shell's server/database. UPDATE logging in now works

I know you want to finish up your application before deadline...........pls you neednt panic. I have mentioned it before that you are experiencing those problem because of applications traffic.. Target certain periods of the day like 8:30am morning and 9PM evening applications are faster during these periods because less applicants will be online.

I tried opening an account on the site through out weekends, all to no avail. Alas! I attempted again yesternight, it was successful.
I'll be going to the cyber_cafe to upload the required documents tomorrow.

please help me, after i filled my personal and academic details, i did them all on my phone, and when i got to the stage of uploading my pics and other tins i decided to save it as drafts, now anytym i click on upload documents it says i have already applied, i cant do anything again, pls help me, what can i do, help me

@Afunkybaby: same thing happened to me. I was finally able to upload my documents after about a week. My advice is try to do it early morning 7am - 10am. Or off peak hours i.e 10 pm upwards. You may have to make use of a modem and definately a pc. All the best.

or if you cant wait or it dosnt still work, go to apply now, refill your details(you'll have to start afresh ), dont save as draft but upload your docs and send at once.

please can i upload the waec printout or do i need the one from my school, there are two jamb admission letter, do i upload the one that has institution use, or should i upload the one that says for student use. Please i need to know what we can read to prepare for the exams, any past question. Thanks

your postal address in this context can also be your residential address or any address you are comfortable with receiving packages or letters through courier. eg. fedex. it does not mean P.O. box

and for the admission letter,you should use candidate copy,though using any should not cause any hitches i think.
