The major reason why candidates have given up is that consobrew employs few graduates in its trainee programme. I even heard they took less than 20 graduates in all departments in its graduate trainee programme. The probability of making it into the programme is just too slim. Nobody is even sure of resumption date. Why wait endlessly when there are other companies also recruiting for graduate trainee at a faster rate? |

@lummyguy, bros, Consobrew has OTHER IMPORTANT things, Projects, repositioning and strategising to do, so they can't be discussing about *Trainee positions*..How many dem wan employ sef ? How does long meeting with the MD have to do with them hiring Trainees ? Will the trainees make them sell more or expand more. I really don't get.And pls stop bragging about having brighter chances.
