BUSINESS PROCESS AND PROJECTS OFFICER (Ref: LBHR-BP0001)
A process oriented person with good communication skills.

Education/Experience
A Higher National Diploma or Bachelors degree in Economics, Business Administration or any Social Sciences is required
A relevant professional certification will be an added advantage
A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a business operations role within a structured organisation
Understanding of process analysis and process improvements
Understanding of project management lifecycles
Adept in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)

Ability to work independently and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise work, with minimal direction
Ability to multitask on competing priorities
Proven personal integrity
Clear written and spoken communication
Exhibits a helpful behaviour beyond job requirements
