How can you teach people to conserve energy that you don't produce? Even if people leave their bulbs on 24/7, how does that change the fact that that bulb probably lights for approximately an hr or so per day on the average.

Haven't you noticed that Lagos is the only state with the highest population in Africa and also as the highest number of Tribes, Immigrants & Foreigners from over the world living in peace.
