2. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

3. Public relations knowledge

4. Good communication skill- Writing Proposal, Letters, Speaking to Clients

5. Teaching and Seminar Presentation

6. Fieldwork

Skills/Qualifications: Performance Management, Giving Feedback, Project Management, Coaching, Foster Teamwork, Supervision, Staffing, Business Knowledge, Technical Leadership, Technical Management, Vision.

Qualification: HND, B.Sc, Masters Degress
