Yes, ebay and bid, once you have ebayed the car you want, if u re in the U.S or have someone in the U.S visit the location for inspection before paying. As for cheaper states i would say NJ & NY. The cost of shipping from those states are relatively cheaper as well. Goodluck.

I live in Georgia and sincerely, Its hard tellin where you could buy cheap cars. The best way of buying cars in in the US is tellin someone here to buy a car for you. I know someone who did that, specifically my dad. Thats the best option.
