Attention PHCN (NEPA), in this time of information technology, it is embarrassing that they will take light ( cut off power) without informing the people through social media etc. PHCN has control stations from where they on/off light (power) so we demand to be informed by such control stations when,why they should take the light(power) because we pay bills. This is not business as usual,we are in new Nigeria -Engr. Adonye E.K
