Most of the 'developed' countries have changed the rule.

Your Baby need to be born and also grow-up( >5yrs) before such 'residency' is granted.

Your best is USA.

Book a flight to Mexico and ask the Pilot to slow down over the US airspace; once the Baby is Born, it becomes AMERICAN

i bet you, foreign immigration officers know very well about this forum. i'll not wonder if the schengen immigration officers see this thread and begin to watch out for you (who claims to be your friend). would you be supprised if they repatriate you at the port of entry?

This is another disappointing post. We should now understand why most visa applications are rejected by most of the foreign consulates in Nigeria. They keep an eye on things like this. There are Nigerians working for this people and you wouldnt believe they know all about our intentions when we apply for visa. For instance, most visa applications made to the United States embassy, documents of most applicants were not even checked for uthenticity and genuity, decision is always PREDETERMINED and what you hear is "I dont think you'll come back to your country after your short stay, sorry, you are not qualified for the NIV visa"

Its high time we rose to our feet and redeem the image of Nigeria. Posts like this are a big barrier to potential visa applicants. How can somebody get a visa and would want to vanish in that country? Let us all be careful. You can only eat a fish with legs under your own roof and not in the public. Be warned!
