Title: Face This Challenge



Apparently, it is a mild catastrophe
where the perpetrators yet earn a trophy,
Little wonder the height of moral decadence
and the future of the youths rated with little an essence,
Youths they say are the leaders of tommorrow
yet pain is inflicted down to the marrow,
Is there actually a way out?
must we continue to live in similitude to a roundabout?
Where same old tales are recycled
and to-be-achieved goals merely chronicled?;


We are grieved,yes the youths are grieved
but no one really cares,
The architects of this crisis are not in any way moved
neither to our plight nor to our tears,
Should we take up fiery bamboo sticks
or should we just fold our arms and see our future gambled??
Time waits for no one; the clock surely still ticks
slowly and steadily destinies are crumbled,
We will see the end of this
yes I know....but when?


We are stronger than this challenge
but must challenge this challenge,
Conquer this challenge
and become a greater challenge that cannot be challenged;
We are the foundation and the pillars
we must take our place in the society,
We must quit being victims
and become the decisive author of our destinies!
ONE NIGERIA...ONE VOICE.
