This occurred just minutes ago when the driver of the trailer carrying a container on Coconut bridge, Tincan Apapa thought it right to swerve off the bridge after losing its brake. The only occupant(on blue cloth) in the Peugeot car miraculously came out unhurt. The drivers fled the scene immediately.
