We require Email Administrators with excellent written English and report writing skills to join our effective team of expert Email Administrators who deal with college and courses enquiries across Africa.



Special Requirements: Attention to detail and the ability follow through on promises.



Qualifications

1. A degree in English Language would be ideal.

2. MS Office certifications including MS Outlook essential.



The ideal candidate should posses the following essential qualities:-

PERSONAL ASSISTANT X 2

We require highly presentable individuals with a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Sectary or Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate should be highly organised and be able to work to deadlines and targets set by the UK Executive Team.



Special Requirements: Travel across Africa and eventually Asia, Europe and The Americas expected.



Qualifications

3. A degree in English Language, Sociology, Psychology or Business Administration would be ideal.

4. Secretarial/Office Administration qualifications / certifications essential.
