Our Client is a leading conglomerate in Nigeria with varied interest in Real Estate, FMCGs, Advertising and Broadcasting amongst others. SAMUELSON has been engaged by the organisation to identify enthusiastic, proactive and dynamic candidates, who are looking for a challenging work environment and progressive career.

1. Position: Chief Operating Officer
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
A university degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration or any related discipline. An MBA will be an added advantage.The candidate must have a minimum of 12 years cognate experience with at least 5 years in a senior management position, preferably in the Media. Proven entrepreneurial ability and capacity to work with minimal supervision.

2. Position: Lead Commercial Executive
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Accounting or any related discipline. Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage.
The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years cognate experience with at least 3 years in a senior management position. Proven ability in sales generation, budgeting and resource management will be required.

3. Position: Commercial Executive
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
Same requirements for Lead Commercial Executive, but with a minimum of 5 years work experience.

4. Position: Senior Human Resource Executive
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
A university degree in Business Administration or any related discipline. The candidate must have a minimum of 12 years cognate experience with at least 5 years in a senior management position. An MBA, MA or M.Sc and knowledge of HR software tools will be a distinct advantage. Proven general administrative, financial and human resource management & development skills are important. The ideal candidate should be a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).

5. Position: Human Resource Executive
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
Same requirements for Human Resource Manager, but with a minimum of 5 years work experience. However, candidates must have good planning, organisational and analytical skills.

6. Position: Broadcasting Engineer
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
A degree or equivalent in electrical, electronics, telecommunications, broadcast or computer engineering. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years cognate experience. Proven ability in digital broadcast automation systems for the studio and automatic transmission systems for the transmitter plant will be important.

7. Position: Lead Accounts Executive
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
A university degree in Accounting or any related discipline. Membership of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria will be an added advantage. Candidates must have proven accounting software skills, knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and a minimum of 10 years cognate experience with at least 3 years in a senior management position.

8. Position: Internal Audit Executive
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
Same as Accountant position, but candidates must possess hands-on experience in auditing and must be familiar with contemporary audit software tools.
