Just yesterday, Policemen acting on the orders of Mr Joseph Mbu Commissioner of Police in Rivers State prevented the state Governor Rt. Honorable Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi from making use of the private gate of his residence at the government house in Port Harcourt.
