Despite the huge security challenge in the North-East, Rep Adulrazak Nuhu Zaki (PDP) representing Ningi/Warji Federal constituency of Bauchi State has said there is peace in his state.
Answering questions from journalists on the state of affairs in his state, Zaki attributed this to the efforts of the Bauchi State governor, Alh. Isa Yuguda.
He, however, regretted that saboteurs do not want to allow the governor to rule.
According to him, “He has ensured that Bauchi State is peaceful despite the security challenges in the North-Eastern region. You can bear me witness that for some time now, the state is relatively peaceful.
“And the state is wearing a new look now. Visit the state yourself and see the laudable projects my governor, Isa Yuguda has done.
He said Yuguda has constructed and rehabilitated buildings such as the Bauchi Modern Market and has completed projects inherited from the former administration.
