The Nigerian Police have denied the clamping down of vehicles over the enforcement of the Biometric Central Motor Registry, (BCMR), which the force said will commence today.

Spokesman for the police, Mr Frank Mba says the Biometric Central Motor Registration (BCMR) will assist in reducing crime in the country, and that although the BCMR commences today, no deadline has been set. read more from the link above.
