Who Has Efficiently Opened An Online Payment Gateway With First Bank Nigeria? by Mamiya(m): 4:43pm On Sep 17, 2013
Hello house, I and my team have tried unsuccessfully in opening an online payment gateway for our startup. We tried First Bank and have been "DULLED".

Is it the hurdle of getting corporate references or business address confirmation. It's quite frustrating because as a new business how will your neighbours already know about your business. After many back and forth visits to the bank they finally came for a location verification. As young enterpreneurs we were not at our office. FBN staff later claimed it was not a genuine address.

Please I want to know if google, hp, facebook and even our very own Nairaland all started with state-of-the-art business offices?

It's high time Nigerians started supporting genuine business startups because that's one untapped area of our economy.

Please can anyone refer an efficient bank to do an online payment gateway in Nigeria.

Also it's for a site that buys and sells downloadable data.

Thanks House.
