I will say shaking some folks hands. Some people find it hard to wash their hands after using the restroom. That's why I give fist most of the time depending on who it is.

Money sometimes though not all the time.

Gas pump as the gas station.. Though not everyday.

But with my hand sanitizer I'm good. Most Nigerians don't wash their hands after doing their business "sorry but that's the sad truth"

This is a useless topic. Let's take this scenario; you collected some money from James, went to the bathroom/restroom washed your hands at the tap, turned it off, opened the door, closed it behind you. Then you remember this thread(assuming you took it to heart). How would you feel?
Answer- stupid!
Reason being; you just finished washing your hands and ended up contacting new germs immediately. I give up.

@op we co-exist with microorganism. These organism could be found everywhere. Hence not restricted to the items you mentioned. The only thing we do is to reduce their virulence and unsuitable environment(which helps to reduce contamination) . That is why we bathe and keep ourselves neat. Of course some of them can never be killed but good sanitary measures help reduce the rate of contamination.
