Nigerians abroad are not stu.p.id. There is a reason why they prefer to live in the USA, UK and Canada. I repeat,: they are not st.u.pid. Immediately our people get their "pali" in Holland, Germany, France, etc, trust me, na UK dem dey go straight. Do a little research about this. No dull yourself. 3 Likes |

bendicion09: What of Spain? Anyone here, who lives in Spain? I hold a permanent residence permit of Spain but walahi, i am tired of this country, there are no jobs. Anyone who lives in Spain here who can advice me on how to go about getting a job? How can i migrate to any of the schengen states in search of a job? Go to Germany. There is a lot of people from Spain taking up employment in Germany. Language proficiency is necessary though. You may however encounter more obstacles regarding you not being a citizen. Nonetheless, you can still give it a try. An American online trading company does employ seasonal workers from across Europe. Check at your local labour office about AMAZON. They need people for the coming Christmas season. BTW, I heard they are also building a logistic centre in Spain. I can't tell you which region though. As I said earlier, go inquire from the labour office near you. I read somewhere that you got children. Well, if you can wait, try to get citizenship's status and then relocate to IRELAND. |

Re: Top 10 Countries In The World To Migrate To by fiditi(m): 5:44am On Oct 06, 2013 |
protocol: no body is saying anything about QATAR here even with their tax free income? hmmmm Yeah Bro, Forget Qatar you can have all the money but the quality of life isn't there and for an average Nigerian it is not all about tax free income but the visa free status you get when holding certain countries passport. Even people in Qatar dey tear from the country after 2-3 years...even when we know we are not going to get up to the salary we have here in Qatar. But one good thing is the Job opportunities that abounds at-least we are able to practice what we were taught and add more values to our professional profile through internationally accredited and recognized professional qualifications. But, bro there are more to migrating other than tax free income. |

Kalamaya: Norway for me remains the best place to live. I'm Still enjoying the decision i took four years ago by migrating with my family to Norway. The advantages are just too much.I prefer Denmark to Norway. I currently work and live in Norway, Stavanger to be precise and the cost of living is too high plus you pay some money for medical after paying crazy tax unlike Denmark where medical is free. |

Ola one: Nigerians abroad are not stu.p.id. There is a reason why they prefer to live in the USA, UK and Canada. I repeat,: they are not st.u.pid.. Most do so because of their kids or future kids. The idea is if my kids can't speak Efik, Yoruba, Bini, Igbo etc, at least let them be fluent in English or better stll be native English speakers and have more probality of "connecting" better if they go to Naija. Some also do so because they never really learnt the local language and feel more at home in UK. |

I dont see Somalia on the list Somalia- This country is coming back in a big way after the election of a president last september. The rules for owning guns are very lax. The women are very beautiful and business opportunities are plentiful. Every man is his own sultan and the ancient sites that date back to the days of Aksum and Punt are still standing. Anceint cave paintings are still visible which are the oldest in the world. we also have the longest coastline in Africa. |
