Yes you can. Install the apk then create a folder for the pes obb file just like it is from the phone you got it from

No, there is no Nigeria in FIFA 14 and there are no other countries competitions like word cup, euro or nations cup unlike KONAMI PES, You can only use countries that are available to play on KICK OFF MODE.

I just unlocked my FIFA 14 by doing the obb movement thingie and it worked.
its quite easy

download the app from playstore
move the obb file to another location
uninstall the app from playtore
move the obb file back
download and install the apk file from androplace
open the fifa 14 game from playstore
go to tournament and click on check for other purchase or something like that
and that's it
