PURCHASE PROCEDURE

1. Buyer counter-sign SPA and return with a valid vessel details to includesadCPA, Q88, Charter Receipt, ATL Addressed to Seller, and ensure that their Inspector/Supercargo are onboard their vessel.

2. Seller’s confirms the validity of Buyer’s vessel particulars and forward them to the Terminal Master for clearance.

3. Buyer’s boards Seller’s Coordinate Officer in their vessel to Bonny Island, Port Harcourt to witness the operation OR Seller’s Terminal Loader calls Buyer’s Vessel directly depending on validity of the vessel.

4. Seller’s Terminal Loader opens communication with Buyer’s vessel and NNPC Shuttle vessel trans-ship product into Buyer’s vessel.

5. Immediately after loading is completed, Buyer’s Supercargo and Seller’s Co-ordinate Officer confirms product on Buyer’s vessel.

6. Immediately after confirmation of product, Buyer SWIFT a discountable part payment of FIFTY MILLION NAIRA into Seller’s account for logistics and clearance while Buyer’s Inspector conducts Q&Q and submits its report within 6 hours.

7. Buyer and his Bank Officer receive soft copy of Official Cargo documents and Q&Q report for Payment.

8. Buyer’s Bank SWIFT payment for the full cargo into Seller’s Account and that of all commissioned Agents/Facilitators.

9. Hard copies of all necessary documents are handed over to the Buyer and vessel sails away.


SELLER’S LOADER SHALL BE IN CHARAGE OF THE BUYER’S VESSEL DURING THE OPERATION. 100% COMPLIANCE IS NEEDED FROM BUYER’S CAPTAIN & CREW MEMBERS.

5. Immediately after loading is completed, Buyer’s Supercargo and Seller’s Co-ordinate Officer confirms product on Buyer’s vessel.

6. Immediately after confirmation of product, Buyer SWIFT a discountable part payment of FIFTY MILLION NAIRA into Seller’s account for logistics while Buyer’s Inspector conducts Q&Q and submits its report within 6 hours.

7. Buyer and their Bank Officer receive the soft copy of Official Cargo documents and Q&Q report for Payment.

8. Buyer’s Bank SWIFT MT103 for the full cargo into Seller’s Account and that of all commissioned Agents/Facilitators.

9. Hard copies of all necessary documents are handed over to the Buyer and vessel sails away.
