Now in that pix, I would have suggested he wears a black pair of socks to blend with his black shoe. Seems it's a skin pair of socks so he's right on that one but he shouldn't have pulled it up almost to his knees. It makes him look like a clown. Short stockings that are not easily noticeable will look good on native. I can't do without wearing socks with my shoes because I need to ease the chafing between my feet and my shoes. Bruises on feet just for wearing footwears can be annoying. That's my basic reason. Some people wear socks in order to absorb sweat from their feet. Who knows, your former president may fall into this category of people. By the way, why do you wear socks?
