as 4 me,they just took their light this morning by 9.am.but am convinced that i won't see light till.. Only God knows.. So how una area light be? |

Is there a day PHCN has not been on strike? I am quite sure a lot of Nigerians will not notice if they eventually carry out the threatened 'industrial action'. Anyways, it might just explain why there was no light all through yesterday in some areas in Ikoyi. |
