PURCHASE PROCEDURE (NOT NEGOTIABLE & FAST TRACK)

1. Buyer counter-sign SPA and return with a valid vessel details to include: (CPA, Q88, CHARTTER RECIEPT, ATL ADDRESSED TO THE SELLER. BUYER’S SUPERCARGO/INSPECTOR MUST BE ONBOARD BUYER’S VESSEL AND SEND THEIR DETAILS/PHONE NUMBERS SUBMITED.

2. Seller’s confirms the validity of Buyer’s vessel and sends the particulars to the Terminal operators to programme the vessel for loading.

3. Seller conclude all security arrangements and clearance for Buyer’s Vessel and send “Corporate NOR” to Buyer.

4. Seller’s Terminal/Direct loading Master clears Buyer’s vessel, creates a loading position and calls her to long-side at loading port.

5. Buyer’s Supercargo confirms product on Buyer’s vessel and Buyer SWIFT a discountable FORTY MILLION NAIRA into Seller’s Account to cover logistics and security clearance.

6. Buyer’s Q&Q Inspector conducts the Q&Q and submits his report within 3 hours.

7. Buyer receives signed Captain Attestation note, Q&Q report, Master’s Receipt & Discharge certificate and Buyer’s Bank SWIFT payment into Seller’s Account and that of other facilitators.

8. Hard copy of all necessary cargo documents (MR &DC) is handed over to the Buyer’s vessel master.

9. Buyer’s vessel is sails out of Bonny Island with Naval Security Escort.

FOR SELLER’S DIRECT LOADER TO PERFORM SATISFACTORILY, 100% COMPLIANCE IS NEEDED FROM BUYER’S CAPTAIN & CREW MEMBERS.

BUYER MUST BE READY TO BOARD SELLER’S SUPERCARGO IF THEIR SUPERCARGO IS NOT ON-BOARD OR HIS PHONE NUMBER IS NOT PROVIDED.
