Fingesi: new plate number, so save yourself N25K and other stress
New number plate does not save 25K; infact, you must remove your number plate after selling the car. Its yours for life. That's the new policy. The new owner must get a fresh number plate.

the minor issues is replacing the key starter. As for the wheels, you can change them to your taste. You can come inspect vehicle then we negotiate
