House. Please how can I cook jollof rice with only tinned tomatoes and if need be spices. And it has to be delicious. Thanks.

Use tasty tom, empty it in a bowl and mix it wit a little water add some dry pepper or fresh pepper depending on how u want it. Fry ur onions & d tastom verywell add some water and other spices b4 pouring ur parboiled rice. try dis it will come out very well.

Here is a recipe using only tin tomato:
Ingredients:
1/3 cup pure Groundnut oil *
¼ of a large onion (sliced)
1 small can tomato paste
2 cubes magi
½ teaspoon each (Thyme, curry, chilli powder)
1teaspoon salt *to taste
4 bay leaves
2.5 cups basmati rice
Sheet of foil
