Yea, i didn't ask for the most lucrative league, nor am i asking for the most performing clubs in Europe, what i asked for is the most COMPETITIVE (playing eachother with no distinctive difference, thereby balancing the force of power and fair-play).

Yes, they might be weak playing against other clubs from other parts of Europe due to the fact that they aren't as rich as their external opponents, but when it comes to their league, any of the teams can defeat any club home or away.

CFR cluj is actually doing great now, at least they have been able to win their 2nd ever title in the league.

In La Liga top 4 I can see clubs like Sociedad, Mallorca, Osasuna, Zaragoza Real Betis, Sevilla, Celta Vigo, Deportivo, Real Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona 11 clubs

In EPL Manure, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Everton, Tottenham, Leeds and Newcastle are the only only cubs who have made top 4 in the same time frame 8 clubs.

Meaning in La Liga we have had more clubs winning the league and thus less predictable
