Sorry, I am not looking for trouble o, but I was going through an article about serial killers all over the world (especially USA) and I was wondering if we had such in Nigeria. There were even Doctors and nurses on the list who had killed lots and lots of patients. Even children were there (as young as 11 yrs. Is it that we don't have such here or our Armed forces do not detect them. Opinions needed. |
