Thank you! I've been waiting for some informed opinion here. Act of God is used in insurance parlance to refer to certain events that are beyond human control, no amount of duty of care can prevent such events from escalating. I sincerely think FFK should know this.

Plane crash caused by human element is in no way an act of God. Neither is terrorism an act of God. You rightly mentioned the acts of God in earth quake, land slide, volcanoes and other natural disasters. These incessant crashes can be brought to barest minimum if our aviation ministry is "functional"
