Frm my research, after u r being selected, u ll b paid on commision and after 3mnths of probation period wit gud performance, u will b made a full fledged area officer and be given salary.

i am just laughing at IBA because when i have their time i wud come for them with full force.i wrote their online certification exams and up till now i havent gotten my scores and certificate.i spoke with their contact person mr babayika and he was not helpful at all.i jus had to conclude that ive being scammed of the 3000 naira i paid to their account for the 3 online textbooks.Am coming for them because nobody plays with an Edo boy and goes scot free
