Amefrica:

It is not a "must", since you're not sponsoring yourself. But you can add your SOA, it would not harm.

I mean in the case were I do not have 1naira in my account... Will my sponsors SOA take care of that? So since I do not have any $$ in my account, should I still submit it? Just asking... Cos I am thinking of either adding some cash to it or leaving it flat as it is...

If u say ur employed then you have to submit ur own soa and pay slips but if ur not then no need, just ur sponsors soa will do coupled with his source of income docx

I think you are good to go cus your course is related to info tech. I am a prospective canadian like you. I don't really know about universities that offer info tech. as a course
twaintoy: Thank God!!! What are my chances? Or are you in canada or a prospective canadian like us? Which institution offers it?
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 5 by Nobody: 2:54pm On Jul 12, 2014
Jijola: Most Canadian institutions have Infotech. Your background in Masscom should fit into one of the specialisations in Infotech.Infotech guys can shed more light on this.You also mentioned nursing if I heard you right? Why would you wanna do anything nursing, it's overcrowded already in Canada, and not even related to your background.You can shed more light though, maybe I just didn't get your point.

/////////
There are many courses u cud choose if u had a 1st degree in mass comm. Public realations, infotech like miss bon suggested and many odas.infact there is one nice course they call 911 emergency; don't know if international students can do it though. I think u need to visit d website of ur choice skul, select ur faculty;dats Art/social science I think and check d available course. I'm sure u'll find sometin nice cos I'm not sure u can just go for msc infotech like dat. This nursing of a thing go be long tin for u. I doubt u even had o levels in physics and chemistry.....hmmn...good luck

Nadezna:

I don't think you should take out No.14. Leave it in; this would show the VO that your family (wife & children) have some source of income to depend on when you are away.

All the best! smiley
With all u have listed,i think what u need to work on is ur SOP...also the relationship btw ur chosen course and ur first degree/profession matters..dint use as much docs as u listed and i got trv...i am self sponsored,and married ....i feel a good SOP makes excess sense....BTW #TeamMUN..wattagwan...any one leaving August ending?

Hi friends. Please I need everyone's help because am confused. At first when I applied to Canada, I was asked to go for medicals but afterwards, they refused me Visa with reasons that I had insufficient funding. My one year fees was there about 3mill and money in bank was close to 6mill. This second time, I reapplied again. Just a month after, I was told that my processed passport has been dispatched. This time no medicals. Please friends what does that mean. Am confused

missbon: I don't see the need why u wanna stay back in Nigeria, you can even get great job here after the pgd in GIS, from there u cn get ur permanent residency and end up doing the masters at a more cheaper cost. This is just a suggestion tho, do wat works for you best
@misbon, thank you sooooo much!

Did you indicate in your second application that you've done medicals in the last 12 months?

It is a Notary public you need to notarize your documents not British Council or Court. If you go to the high court, you'll find one

@uchlight.proceessed passport dispatch means denial
going medical and later get denial is a no
rmal template and you ask your self that 6m did you just lodge the cash cos of getting visa .they must be inflow and oit flow.the second denial first you did not mention undergraduate or graduate program that you are going for.if undergraduate, your age comes in you can be 30y and you are going for undergraduate.if graduate what program does it relate to your first bsc program,if not SOP comes in to convince the VO your intension for going for that program more gurus in the house will add more.i wish you good luck in your next application.

I want to say thank you to missbon and BaaleofMontreal for their immense help during my application process; as well as everybody who's contributed over time. The posts were a massive help. To the TRV and medical hopefuls I pray you get your good news soon. Spend less time fretting over already submitted applications and medical call ups and more time praying and trusting God and watch him put a smile on your face. Best wishes guys!

Anyone in or heading to London, Ontario?
