Who cares about a young Nigerian entrepreneur?

It all started like every other story.
A young man in the person of Mr Omotayo decides to do some research on natural African cosmetics in line with his instincts. This was at a critical point in his life during the drive to become an entrepreneur. He discovered a lot of African skin care remedies but specifically focused on African Black Soap in the year 2010. African black soap has a long history and is called "Ose Dudu" by the Yorubas and is very common in the Western part of Nigeria. It has been used for centuries in Nigeria. It's methods and secrets have been passed down from generation to generation to keep the soap close to mother nature and avoid exploitation & imitations. Armed with valuable information about black soap and it's benefits, Mr Omotayo decided to start commercial soap production and with support from two business partners, and a reputable consultant. Commercial production started in November 16th 2011 at their factory in Mowe, Ogun State.
It has been a wonderful experience for the Oyinlewa team with the challenges and lessons learnt to date. We have been able to introduce Oyinlewa into various homes, shops and markets within and outside Nigeria. Oyinlewa black soap has spread to various places beyond our wildest imagination and is gaining wide acceptance into the following countries: Ghana, Gambia, Greece and USA.
